How do I pay my Homeowner's Association dues?

The $150 dues are payable at the beginning of each year. No invoice is sent by the association. Payments can be mailed to:

How can I become a member of the LARB Board?

The annual meeting, generally held in the spring, (check website for official date) is when board members are elected.

Who is in charge of maintaining front and back yard lights?

Each homeowner is responsible for maintaining their own set of lights on their property.

Is on-street parking allowed?

On-street parking is allowed for guests and homeowners only for a short and temporary period of time.

Are fences allowed?

Fences are allowed, but are subject to restrictions in the covenants and must be approved prior to installation by the Architectural Committee.

Are pools allowed?

Only in-ground pools are allowed (Kiddie-pools an exception). A permanent, in-ground pool must be approved prior to installation by the Architectural Committee.

Are sheds allowed?

No. There are no exceptions to this rule.

Is fishing allowed in Beaver Lake?

Yes, for neighborhood residents and their guests. Fishing is allowed on either the shore or in a boat. However, please use the commons area when walking along lake and make sure your boat complies with restrictions laid out in the covenants.​
